The short film is based on Ali's efforts to help his peer who cannot go to school after being influenced by his teacher's words about helping others in his Life Science class. Ali gives his peer a blue school uniform so that he can go to school, and a plastic ball so that the child can play and be happy. However, has Ali achieved his goal by giving a school apron and a ball to a child who cannot go to school? In addition to the national and international awards it has received, "Blue Apron" was selected on behalf of Turkey among the short films shot across Europe for the "Youth in Europa" themed selection of Eurochannel, an international television channel focusing on European culture, and the world rights were purchased.
